Refund Policy - the basics
1. General Policy
All fees paid to Deskk are non-refundable, including setup fees, subscription fees, and any other charges related to the use of our services. By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge that Deskk is a service offering paid for hosting and related services, not the sale of the application itself.

2. No Refunds for Subscription Fees
Once a subscription plan is purchased, there are no refunds for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the service or a decision to discontinue use before the end of the subscription period.

3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Deskk subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription. Your access to Deskk services will continue until the end of the billing cycle, at which point it will terminate.

4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be granted under exceptional circumstances, such as billing errors, duplicate payments, or other cases where Deskk deems a refund appropriate. Such cases will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and the decision to issue a refund rests solely with Deskk.

If you believe a charge was made in error, you must contact us within 30 days of the charge being posted to your account. Failure to notify us within this period may result in a forfeiture of any refund or dispute claims.

Deskk strives to provide uninterrupted service but does not guarantee uptime or service availability. Refunds will not be issued for service interruptions, downtime, or maintenance periods, whether scheduled or unscheduled.

7. Subscription Modifications
If you upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan, the new charges will be prorated for the remaining billing period, but no refunds will be provided for any unused services from the previous plan.
